    Vacuuming and mopping in one pass:

    The Eufy Omni C28 delivers 15,000 Pa of suction alongside a HydroJet™ roller mop system that continuously sprays fresh water onto the mop roller while collecting dirty water separately. DuoSpiral™ anti-tangle brushes gather hair and then separate to pull it into the dustbin, making this a reliable choice for pet owners. Independent testing recorded perfect removal of 2.5-inch pet hair and a flawless anti-tangle result with 7-inch hair.

    A station that handles the maintenance for you:

    The 5-in-1 Omni Station takes care of five tasks without any input needed: it empties the robot’s dustbin into a 3 L sealed bag (good for up to 75 days), refills the on-board clean water tank from its 2.2 L reservoir, washes the mop roller, dries the mop at 50°C to prevent odours, and collects dirty water into an 8 L tank. The 300 ml on-board dustbin is emptied automatically each time the robot docks.

    Smart navigation around your home:

    iPath™ 2.0 LiDAR navigation maps your rooms precisely and supports multi-level maps, virtual barriers, and no-go zones. The mop lifts 10.8 mm when the robot moves onto carpet, keeping rugs dry. Dirty Spot Cleaning detects spills and focuses mopping effort on the affected area, while Dirt Inspection mode sweeps the room again after a full clean to catch anything missed.     Setup and Care

    Getting started:

    Place the Omni Station on a hard, flat surface with at least 0.5 m of clear space on each side and 1.5 m of clear space in front. Fill the station’s clean water tank, fit the pre-installed dust bag, and connect to power before launching the EufyHome app to complete Wi-Fi setup on your 2.4 GHz network.

    Routine maintenance:

    The Omni Station handles mop cleaning and drying automatically after each clean cycle. Empty the 8 L dirty water tank and refill the 2.2 L clean water tank regularly based on your cleaning frequency. The 3 L dust bag typically lasts up to 75 days before replacement is needed.

    Brush and filter care:

    Remove and rinse the DuoSpiral™ brushes periodically to clear any accumulated debris. The filter should be tapped clean over a bin regularly and replaced as needed to maintain suction performance.

    App and firmware:

    Keep the EufyHome app updated to access the latest features, including any new cleaning modes and the planned Matter 1.4 firmware update for Apple Home compatibility. Scheduling, zone cleaning, and no-go zones are all managed through the app.

    We aim to deliver large appliances within 7/10 working days (subject to availability). We aim to deliver small appliances within 5 working days (subject to availability).

    • When you purchase online you have a statutory right to return unopened goods (other than perishable or customised) up to 7 days after receiving your order: this is the cooling off period.
    • We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the unopened goods to us and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Memory cards and software must be in their sealed packaging.

In addition to this cooling-off period, you can return any item unopened and in its original packaging within 28 days of receipt for credit or exchange.
